其實我都幾鐘意丼丼屋嘅丼飯。最近丼丼屋推出咗喺三屆「全國丼物大賽」獲得金賞嘅名物牛筋丼。.名物牛筋丼 $82(定食)配泡菜/溫泉玉子、沙律及和風湯.呢款牛筋丼嘅牛筋同我哋平時食開嘅唔同,唔係好腍好有膠質嗰種牛筋,而係肉連筋嘅日式牛筋。每舊牛筋肉都唔會好大件,筋肉比例都幾均勻,食落係有少許嚼勁但又唔會係韌。牛筋份量都幾多,加埋蛋黃醬同埋一味粉,食落會有微微辣。另外仲配溫泉玉子或者泡菜,我揀咗前者用嚟撈白飯🥚🍚
