To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近見到丼丼屋新出咗幾款吉列豬扒丼，又係喺「全國丼物大賽」入面拎到金賞嘅，之前食過一次得獎丼飯好正，今次又去咗捧捧場🎉今次嘅丼飯係嚟自大阪吉列豬扒丼專門店「喝鈍」，安坐香港丼丼屋就可以食到大阪嘅味道🤤 今次除咗有普通滑蛋吉列豬扒丼之餘，仲有芝士蕃茄口味，同埋泡菜口味，作為一個蕃茄控，當然係揀芝士蕃茄口味！芝士番茄滑蛋吉列豬扒丼定食 $108 次次嚟丼丼屋食嘅扒都係好厚切，今次都唔例外，成口都係肉，超滿足，食到我全身都係肉😆 日本嘅豚肉係唔同啲，肉質軟嫩。日本雞蛋蛋味十足，同濃濃嘅蕃茄芝士互相襯托。需加一服務費，埋單1人約$120。如果你鍾意睇我嘅食評，不妨關注我，支持吓我，謝謝你☺️💕
