To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時要找個地方吃晚飯其實有點困難,因為不是太多人就是價格昂貴,特別是在節日前後的日子。於是想到了下班後的金鐘是很清靜,又可以看到燈飾,又是港島和九龍的中間點,兩者都方便。Bricklane會是不錯的選擇,有氣氛又有戶外位置,情侶或朋友去都很適合。原來已推出了Christmas Menu,價錢相比其他西餐廳來說實在不貴,每位$500內已經夠豐富。以下是我自己點選的Christmas Set for 1 :APPETISERS:《Organic Beetroot Carpaccio》紅菜頭本身味道淡但營養價值極高,所以配有味道微酸的番石榴和香濃的火箭菜提味,而松子和芝麻就增加口感。《Ribollita soup》Kale, white beans herb croutons, parsley oil - 湯配有微脆可口的紅梅香草包,而羅宋湯的濃稀度剛好而且沒有太酸,用料亦足,有西芹、甘荀、薯仔、香草等,並加有少許芝士增添香口。MAINS《Peri Peri Foie Spring Chicken $428》雞肝和春雞一併放在鐵板上,送上時香氣撲滅令人唾涎。隨木板還附有精美紥起的多士,同樣是

春雞外皮香脆,一切即流出肉汁,精華流進下層的雞肝醬中,必定更美味。

雞肝醬中確有一粒粒的雞肝和蘑菇片,而且份量頗多,淨吃有點膩,所以可以將雞肝醬放上多士上一併入口,減膩感之餘又不失香濃味道。
