To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係金鐘想食碗麵既選擇真係唔多😪想食米線真係諗都唔好諗，米線陣/全麵食又貴又唔好食，一d唔吸引。最近既南記譚仔麵要行到老遠灣仔。正正經經不如食碗拉麵🍜，一風堂平時lunch time 排晒長龍。今日下晝五點鐘真係得我一檯客，職員都好好服侍。今日唔想食蒜味怕口臭，所以叫左個特製白丸拉麵（$88，另加一服務費）有一埋黑木耳絲，蔥，三塊叉燒，一塊紫菜，半隻蛋。湯底進步左，無我以前食咁味精，至少食完無好口渴果半隻糖心蛋不過不失，叉燒偏瘦身但未至於柴皮拉麵係幼身麵，普通硬度，無特別要求硬身/淋身加d 日式醃菜一齊食整體唔差，為求食碗熱湯麵係可以接受🍜
