一直對港式扒房存有偏見,因為扒類會用鬆肉粉去醃,令肉質過份軟熟,而且扒質素都好一般,唔會有肉味,但……原來凡事都有例外,比我發現到《金鳳》有一款扒令我另眼相看兼一再enjoy,回味非常!🍴貴族牛扒餐 (美國牛肩肉) $208 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️第二次食貴族牛扒,係相隔四個月嘅事,呢款扒水準依舊,雖然價錢係最貴,但我覺得非常值得而且要極力推介。首先呢款扒無醃過,可以食到原汁原味,其次牛味香濃(千祈唔好要黑椒汁同加蒜蓉),再嚟5成熟肉夠腍夠juicy,有啲筋位好爽口,加埋香脆薯格,贏晒!一人共消費:$229
