五月頭襯餐廳仲係Soft Opening時諗住人少少去試吓, 位置應該係Sase之前位置。鈴木師傅係Ginza Onodera出身, 佢嘅天婦羅應該算較接近舊式少少, 例如似一宝/天海嗰種類型吧, 我個人係欣賞嘅。舞茸香味濃郁, 來貨質量不俗, 師傅亦俾得慷慨。車海老頭, 穴子, 蕃薯都好食。而是日MVP會係甘鯛同天丼, 前者外脆內嫩, 而後者其實個白飯已經煮得非常出色, 而件Kakiage亦算係我係香港食過嘅三甲之內。要提一提餐廳樓底比較矮, 用餐當日抽氣方面未十分足夠, 但以我所知係六月頭已經完成咗改善工程, 遲啲會再去探吓鈴木師傅同佢團隊🙏🏻
