收工搵間樓上越菜, 簡簡單單食一餐。呢度嘅特色之一就係客人可以因應自己食量, 選擇麵底分量。好似我咁...一個人, Regular就夠曬啦。麵未到,先嚟一大杯新鮮香草。食咗咁多次越南嘢都唔認識呢堆香草? 店主好有心思, 圖文並茂俾你邊等邊學嘢主角到啦!! 呢個撈檬一D都唔簡單唔單止豬頸肉多, 配料都好足, 有幾種香草碎、沙律菜、花生碎, 仲有正宗撈檬必備嘅炸香蔥同蔥油!!! 唔好睇少呢啲配料, 有咗佢地, 成個粉食起嚟更香, 更有層次, 少一樣就是不一樣。豬頸肉煎到金黃色, 油香四溢, 食落脆身, 有彈性。成個粉嘅靈魂, 就係呢個 Nuoc Cham。Nuoc Cham主要成份有魚露、砂糖、水、青檸汁, 每個廚師都有佢自己心目中嘅黃金比例, 而呢度嘅Nuoc Cham就好啱我口味, 甜酸度平衡再帶點魚露嘅鮮味, 令成個粉食落開胃惹味。
