見sabrosa 係銅鑼灣都好多好評,今日lunch就過黎試下。餐廳柔和嘅燈光,配合紅玫瑰鮮花同抒情嘅西方音樂,感覺浪漫。我哋兩個人叫咗以下菜式。蟹膏釀西班牙飯($248):西班牙飯釀係蟹蓋入邊再加上蟹膏拎去焗。熱辣辣兼充滿香濃蟹膏味嘅西班牙飯就出爐喇。兩個蟹蓋放喺粗鹽上面作簡單嘅裝飾已經好靚。再配埋魚子喺最上面,咬落去嘅時候魚子汁爆出嚟,鮮味得來仲有咬口左添。香辣汁煮蜆($228):份量多,蜆大隻同新鮮。蜆肉冇Overcook, 肉質Juicy。加上蒜蓉同辣汁一齊煮,好惹味. 烤原條新鮮鱸魚($278):冇花冇假大大嘅一條。魚肉生熟度控制得好好,保留到肉汁。鱸魚冇用到太花巧嘅調味,廚師用咗香草檸檬同鹽簡單咁去調味已經好夠。伴菜仲有炸薯角同炸甘筍仔,令菜式更加豐富。
