路過鵝頸橋附近,經過呢間「永豪麵家」門面道出傳統手藝亞仔竹昇麵,非常吸引眼球、其招牌豬手撈麵,蜆介鯪魚球都為大推必點菜,每樣食物都用心製作有水準,加上老闆娘熱情❤️招待,滿滿人情味。豬手撈麵:豬手撈麵絕對是香港人的Comfort Food 🍜豬手色澤明亮,醬料掛上豬皮,皮爽滑帶彈性,入口帶醬香,香料味均勻,帶南乳香。重點是麵條爽彈無鹼水味,湯色清澈,味道鮮甜,最細心係已經剪碎左,方便食用。柱侯牛根面:色澤紅褐的柱候醬豉味香濃,入口醇厚,鮮甜甘滑牛筋腩、配上爽彈竹昇麵,好味😋薑蔥黑柏葉:平時喺酒樓食得多薑蔥牛柏葉,今次食佢自創獨家薑蔥黑柏葉,帶有潮洲風味做法,薑蔥香氣逼人,鋪滿辣椒碎🌶️,爽彈可口黑柏葉洗得乾淨,沒有異味,簡單豉油調味,已經好好食😋,作為小食一流。炸鯪魚球:外脆內軟,炸到脹卜卜,粒粒金黃飽滿,鯪魚味濃,蔥香十足,蘸上陳年蜆蚧醬,更加提升鯪魚球口感,帶點陳皮和薑味。總結:買少見少手打竹昇麵 每一啖都係心機作誠意之作會再光顧
