To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過好多次呢間九點後嘅半價壽司基本上都好少晚飯時間過嚟多數都等到九點後因為啲壽司抵食好多而且都一樣咁好味今晚諗唔到喺銅鑼灣有咩好食畀貴少少過嚟食算呢個時間無半價今次揀熟食多牛肉野菜壽喜燒 $88壽喜燒醬油湯底甜甜地，成個鍋以蛋丶蔬菜丶金菇丶少少粉絲丶牛肉丶豆腐為主。牛肉厚度適中，有咬口，索埋啲醬油好好食。有啲溏心效果幾好食。三文魚壽司$8三文魚中規中矩。清水心跳$38清水心跳有4件壽司，材料有芒果丶青瓜丶蘆筍丶牛油果。芒果同牛油果都幾夾，芒果入口即溶，加埋蘆筍味道清新又有咬口。日本廣島燒蠔呢款廣島燒蠔加多蒜蓉，香口得黎有鮮味。外形吾係特別大隻但都吾會縮水，不錯。
