To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚相約一位老朋友食飯,帶佢去試吓蟹仙專門店,之前食過其他分店覺得好出色,今次就帶朋友黎地點比較就腳既銅鑼灣分店。屬於樓上店,小心行過見吾到,見到佢餐牌午餐有set lunch,夜晚就專食蒸海鮮。性價比最高係尊貴海鮮套餐,$449就食到九款海鮮+個菜,如果有需要仲可以升級蟹/龍蝦/南非鮑魚。海鮮分兩輪上,第一輪食左啲貝殼類既海鮮同埋條石斑,全部都原汁原味,除左條石斑其他海鮮都唔洗沾醬汁。第二輪食琵琶龍蝦同蟹,全部都係新鮮湯出黎。最後會食埋佢個粥底,所有鮮味都係晒碗粥度。
