To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚客人約我銅鑼灣食飯，乜咁啱吖又係食日本菜吖 …. 哈哈 ～～ 可能係奧運閉幕後群症。話時話印象中曾經食過呢間，位於金百利廣場七樓，收工過嚟好方便。提供多元化日式食物，基本上諗到都有，刺生、壽司、壽司卷、手卷等，價錢一律都不算很貴。另外亦有鍋物、冷麵、拉麵、鍋飯等等熱食。照顧曬不同口味嘅朋友仔。至於我今日不算太肚餓，所以先點了份「冰梅蕃茄沙律」。沙律甜甜酸酸，開胃前菜。然後再叫了幾款壽司及海膽帶子卷。壽司包括：鱆紅、活立魚、油甘魚、北寄貝沙律 ，價錢大概$10-$16不等，不算貴。最後，推介必食板燒香蒜牛舌，鐵板上熱辣辣，超級香噴噴，而食落十分惹味😋。
