榮記粉麵係我心目中可以排係銅鑼灣嘅第二車仔麵,個腩汁真係冇得輸,但係近年啲質素真係大不如前,小雜麵啲配料係最啱口味嘅,我都好耐冇食車仔麵了,腩汁底的車仔麵是我最愛。我嗌咗小雜錦麵$39,他點了四餸麵,最愛吃這家豬紅因為滑溜又索湯底味,豬皮也滷得入味。通菜加腩汁又係愈食愈喪味嘅,菜好爽身又唔算老,不過差咁點辣味,有舖辣癮嘅我真係想加返啲辣汁。豬皮同墨魚丸真係哩碗麵嘅神韻,豬皮好軟腍,墨丸又夠彈牙。所以話哩個真係排第二嘅車仔麵。
