🔎 銅鑼灣Fashion Walk食街百德新街50-56號地下C舖 *📍 Coedo Taproom.COEDO瑠璃($62 270ml)手工啤酒可以話係呢到嘅一大特色,啤酒花苦味加上豐富的酒香味,平衡返個口感,形成鮮明嘅對比.Happy hour時候配任何菜餚都非常適合.鰻魚石鍋飯($180)同朋友都係揀咗semi-buffet lunch,諗住大家share一齊食.好處係有salad bar buffet,雖然未必會食到好多.但感覺有得選擇,haha.鍋飯真係好似鍋咁大,飯量好多.而鰻魚燒汁好夠味,鰻魚亦好夠份量,賣相精緻亦都好好味.石鍋令個鰻魚飯都可以keep住夠熱.3色便當($180)賣相好優雅,除咗有炙燒三文魚沙律,仲有南蠻炸雞,照燒鯖魚.沙律菜都好夠多,三文魚有幾件一小塊,唔算好多油好膩.而炸雞,明顯油脂多D.所以盡量唔食咁多皮.但雞肉質好滑嫩.而平日食鹽燒鯖魚就多,照燒都係第一次.其實味道OK,可能多咗DD照燒汁,但煎得唔錯.

鰻魚石鍋飯($180)

賣相好優雅,除咗有炙燒三文魚沙律,仲有南蠻炸雞,照燒鯖魚.
沙律菜都好夠多,三文魚有幾件一小塊,唔算好多油好膩.而炸雞,明顯油脂多D.所以盡量唔食咁多皮.但雞肉質好滑嫩.而平日食鹽燒鯖魚就多,照燒都係第一次.其實味道OK,可能多咗DD照燒汁,但煎得唔錯.
