路過銅鑼灣,發現開了一間新餐廳,二話不說去試一試。餐廳同一般壽司店差不多,壽司師傅在壽司吧前整壽司,不過壽司吧前放滿了刺身,所以看不到壽司師傅手藝。有壽司拼盤,也可以自己填紙選壽司。刺身拼盤$198刺身好厚身,都是常見的刺身款式,每款兩切。粉嫩的油甘魚呈半透明,入口清爽,原味比較清,勝在夠厚身,慢慢吃出魚的鮮味。甜蝦好新鮮,瘦瘦小小一隻,入口甘甜,鮮味十足。帆立貝肥嘟嘟一片,雪白一片,放入口好軟腍,好爽甜呢!三文魚是香港人最愛的魚生之一,因為魚味夠濃郁,口感油脂夠,性價比最高。我最喜歡池魚,上面點綴蔥花,厚厚一片滿足我,入口魚味突出,加上蔥花調味,味道清新。
