今次去呢一間喺銅鑼灣新開嘅放題,可能我預訂嘅係星期一,所以前一日訂位都有枱。當日12:00去到嘅時候,現場很少人,但係我仍然被安排坐喺長枱,不過可能因為冇人,所以客同客之間都係留咗一個空位的。(後來同阿姐吹水嘅時候,佢話卡位係比一啲有訂枱嘅客人,即係話如果客人要早訂枱,就有機會坐到卡位月後嘅就只能夠坐喺長枱)講返食品質素,我叫咗幾款刺身(三文魚、赤蝦、甜蝦、帶子),每一次刺身上枱嘅時候都係有冰係下面保持食品嘅新鮮,而我食落口嘅海鮮都係覺得幾鮮甜好味嘅。至於炙燒壽司,佢嘅上面嗰塊肉太薄啦,好似食緊醋飯咁。佢個壽喜燒鍋,我建議佢哋花啲心思用個爐仔去熱住煮個鍋,肉同蔬菜另上,等啲客自己去落,咁樣啲肉就唔會咁柴,值得推介係乳鴿、比目魚、蝦天婦羅。熟食區的酸茶魚夠入味👍🏻蟲草花螺頭雞湯正👍🏻佢仲有D24 榴槤提供,但我手慢,俾一個已經成枱嘢食的8婆,攞左成盤埋位食,結果我等唔切補給,走了
