銅鑼灣最近新開的Omakase 店,裝潢很雅致,環境很有身在日本的感覺。蟹肉與菠菜混合雜菇,味道清新。以及南瓜製作成的凍品,在表面放上蟹子,口感豐富。鱈魚白子,加入了蔥花和蘿蔔蓉,軟滑無比,入口即溶!鰤魚配上日本黃芥辣 ,魚味濃香,加入莓子令整體更清新。醋青魚,輕輕火燒過魚皮,魚香味迫出,再加上白昆布,味道更加balance。岩手縣蠔加土佐醋製成的慕絲,淡淡海水味,蠔肉清甜,口感爽口,非常好吃!粒貝加上青檸汁和柚子皮,味道清新,更突顯粒貝的鮮味。深海池魚經輕輕燒過,油份滿滿,加上炒香的木魚花,很特別!磯煮鮑魚配肝醬,柔韌彈嫩,搭配馥郁肝醬,口感層次豐富。慢煮鮟鱇魚肝,夾在最中餅內,魚肝味道濃郁,相當滋味。金鯛立鱗燒,魚肉非常嫩滑,紫菜汁很溫和,不會蓋過魚肉的鮮甜。海膽很鮮甜綿滑,完全唔有腥味。一塊醬油漬拖羅和一塊燒推羅,用柚子胡椒和紫蘇夾在紫菜裏,一口吃到兩個風味的肥美拖羅,很幸福!
