To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直想食蒸氣海鮮,今日終於如願以償。雖然喜歡吃海鮮,但對於每一款海鮮要蒸多久,還是不太清楚,這裡最好就是有小鮮肉工作人員幫我們全程蒸海鮮,不是一次過蒸,是慢慢逐次逐樣蒸,讓我們吃到最熱辣辣又熟度剛好的海鮮,太讚了👍。是日晚餐是專貴海鮮套餐,有九款海鮮及有機蔬菜籃,非常豐富:野生膏仔蟹,真的爆膏,鮮味非常。澳洲青年龍蝦、台灣九孔鮑魚、加拿大野生海虎蝦、黃金翡翠螺等都非常彈牙。也有很少見的海鮮如太平洋饅頭蟹,我第一次吃,店家稱饅頭蟹是比較鹹,主力食蟹鉗,質感比較特別,所以今次算是嘗新一下🤭。大西洋野生青口、韓國釜山珍珠蠔、蟹皇大元貝也非常不錯。最後當然不少得是將所有海鮮精華匯聚而成的海鮮粥,忍不住口吃了三碗撐着肚皮離開,實在太滿足。臨走前再送椰汁雪燕,清清的,味道也不錯,飽餐一頓後,可舒緩一下複雜的味蕾。
