成日喺銅鑼灣食嘢都係來來去去都係嗰幾幢大廈門口特別多人排隊等電梯上樓不過今次呢一棟大廈一樣都係嗰幾幢超多人排隊嘅大廈附近不過呢一間啱啱新裝修完 冇人迫好舒服上到去門面門口好大仲特登有一個類似玄關嘅物體空間感十足 比起其他餐廳更豪華今次食呢一餐係日本餐嘅廚師發板料理每一舊都係師傅係你面前親手搓成特別有感覺 可以見得到師傅嘅手工同細心 食方面來來去去都係壽司 每一件當然都好新鮮 不過特別要推介嘅係右口魚邊 同埋海膽壽司 右口魚邊 特登燒一邊 唔燒一邊 魚油嘅香味係燒左既一邊 刺身嘅口感係另外一邊我都係第一次食呢一種食法海膽壽司每一舊都好新鮮數量好多而且好甜 食完壽司 之後做一個雜錦魚生井同埋一個茶碗蒸麵豉湯同埋紅豆雪糕整體來講每一件壽司都好高質 分量方面都恰到好處最尾仲有個紅豆雪糕做結尾環境同食物嘅質素 完全無得彈

食完壽司 之後做一個雜錦魚生井
同埋一個茶碗蒸麵豉湯同埋紅豆雪糕

整體來講每一件壽司都好高質
分量方面都恰到好處
最尾仲有個紅豆雪糕做結尾

環境同食物嘅質素 完全無得彈
