好耐冇打邊爐,原來銅鑼灣開咗食涮涮鍋嘅日本餐廳,叫咗兩個套餐,一個係日本雪室熟成和牛,另一個係新鮮手切霜降高地犛牛,而跟餐仲有幾款牛肉、豚肉同雞肉,配埋幾濃味嘅原粹豆乳豚骨湯鍋,唔駛點汁都食到好香嘅肉味,而點下涮涮汁亦都幾正職員服務亦幾好,定期加湯同撈走啲湯啲雜質,值得一讚
