To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間係位於銅鑼灣嘅日本餐廳築地日本料理,之前都有試過佢哋嘅lunch,CP值都唔錯,所以呢次試埋晚餐。石燒鰻魚炒飯:這道炒飯經過燒石的獨特手法,讓飯粒炒得香脆可口,配上鰻魚的肉質鮮嫩,口感絕佳。海之逸魚生丼:呢個丼飯上面擺滿了各種鮮美的魚生,包括三文魚、油甘魚、北寄貝、帶子、甜蝦、蟹柳和玉子燒等。每一口都能感受到不同種類魚肉的滋味,讓人食指大動。海膽三文魚籽花之戀:口感鮮嫩。海膽的味道非常濃郁,有著淡淡的海水味道,而三文魚籽的鮮甜口感則為整體口感增色不少。香芒花之戀:三文魚刺身搭配了香甜的芒果,口感十分爽口。芒果的酸甜和魚肉的鮮味相互映襯,令人更開胃帶子花之戀:口感十分鮮嫩,帶子鮮甜多汁。同三文魚好夾,讓整個口感更加豐富,讓人垂涎欲滴。蝦蝦三笑:用咗三款不同嘅蝦所做嘅壽司,分別係赤蝦、甜蝦和熟蝦,可以食到每種蝦獨有嘅鮮味同口感。香蔥碎吞拿魚腩壽司:這個壽司的特別之處在於配料的搭配,香蔥和吞拿魚腩的組合十分獨特。北海道牛乳奶凍:口感柔軟細緻,十分清爽,入口即化,而且奶香濃郁,讓人一試難忘。
