To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次叫左1個主食再加4樣小食🍣🍣🔸叉燒拉麵主食就叫個拉麵令我可以飽肚d啦，可惜拉麵略嫌有少少淋可能煮耐左少少因為我比較鍾意食有咬感嘅但叉燒有d驚喜🔸鰻魚玉子手卷呢個好推薦手卷淋左好多鰻魚汁完全唔需要再點壽司豉油配上玉子好好食，令味道多左層次感!!!🔸炸芝士年糕送上黎熱辣辣要攤凍啲先可以食到新鮮炸啊！平時食開圓形嘅今次細細件方便入口年糕好軟熟配埋啲芝士食簡直一流 🔸蟹膏花之戀幾特別呢個配搭，見佢花之戀仲有好多唔同配搭今次就試咗個蟹膏醬，食蟹膏最驚就係腥，呢個還好，三文魚生好滑🔸三文魚三味啱晒我鍾意食三文魚🍣，火炙芝士三文魚量正,有入口即溶Overall, 埋單先啱啱200蚊，好飽好滿足！
