銅鑼灣有好多樓上餐廳,如果唔識路都好難搵到,不過如果識路嘅話就有如 hidden gem。今日去嘅係一間環境氣氛都好好嘅扒房 ,又有無限任添嘅薯條 ,非常值得推介。我同朋友去到每人叫咗一個套餐,有湯、沙律、包同主食。當晚餐湯係忌廉湯,creamy 得嚟唔會太過heavy。沙律有溏心蛋同麵包碎,食落口感豐富,配合埋芝士粉同少少千島醬,作為前菜非常適合。然後嚟嘅係餐前麵包,雖然睇落普通,但係特別之處就係餐廳個肉桂醬,其實我平時好少食肉桂 ,不過呢個肉桂醬清清甜甜之餘有淡淡的肉桂味,配麵包食一流。然後嚟嘅係意大利黑松露忌廉意粉,濃厚嘅黑松露配合毫不吝嗇嘅芝士粉,一放低已經聞到陣陣香味,令人食指大動。Steakhouse 重點當然係牛扒啦,我哋當晚叫咗一個10安士嘅紐西蘭肉眼扒,牛扒煎到啱啱好,外面有少少炭嘅焦香味,入面就仍然都係粉紅色 ,食落仍然嫩口。薯條偏幼身,所以炸得非常香口,食完再encore左一筒。
