To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友行行吓街，朋友話想食日本菜，咁啱就搵到呢間所以就上去試下😆鰻魚石鍋炒飯炒飯炒得好好，粒粒分明，而且用石鍋上，底部仲有少少飯焦，好香口牛油果軟殼蟹卷呢個配搭冇得輸！軟殼蟹炸得好脆，味道啱啱好。海膽帶子卷呢個卷就中規中矩，海膽味唔算太突出但係帶子嘅鮮味就搭救番啦🤣魷魚雞肉卷呢個菜式都幾特別，係魷魚包住入邊有啲調味過嘅雞肉咁。魷魚都幾大條，仲有少少酸甜醬喺面做調味，二入邊嘅雞就有少少似忌廉雞皇飯嗰啲雞🤣，第一次食到呢種配搭，覺得幾特別火炙三文魚壽司火炙帆立貝壽司佢哋嘅壽司都唔錯，特別係火炙，呢個處理手法令到食材嘅味更加突出！
