銅鑼灣特色拉麵最近香港經常都有好多拉麵店,但係好老實講,有時都想試吓啲有特別啲嘅拉麵,唔係成日都叉燒拉麵,。經過銅鑼灣豚燻拉麵,見到佢有個季節限定,有我最喜歡食嘅北海道松葉蟹腳。梗係入去試吓啦,我揀咗好最喜歡吃的北海道松葉蟹腳拉麵。拉麵湯底,有豚骨,有味噌。我就揀咗豬骨而拉麵柔軟度適中,加左個雞翼,牛枊小吃,湯底味道超濃, 不會太鹹,拉麵配上濃豚骨湯。好好味呀。而當然就係慢慢品嚐我嘅蟹腳, 咬落去鮮甜美味,絕對不會有海水味。追加雞翼及牛柳,香脆可口,食到真係唔停得口呀。
