一門 (銅鑼灣)距離銅鑼灣地鐵站好近,好容易就搵到。門口已經睇到裝修好有日本風格,有獨立房同bar枱。我哋平日6:30唔算多人,但七點左右已經滿左半。餐牌選擇都好多,基本日式菜式都有,今日都試咗一門嘅招牌菜。。🌟Deluxe sashimi 刺身盛盒(五款) $420睇賣相已經好吸引,有油甘魚腩、帶子、甜蝦配三文魚籽、吞拿魚。每款都好新鮮又鮮甜,而且仲係厚切,食落更加滿足,油甘魚腩比平時嘅更肥美。。🌟拖羅蓉海膽 食完都念念不忘嘅壽司,喺拖羅蓉上面放咗海膽。海膽鮮甜又creamy,加少少豉油就好好食。。🌟Toyo roll 東洋卷 $72好特別嘅一個卷,平時食嘅日式卷物都係紫菜包飯,今次呢款係用pancake皮包住鰻魚、蟹子同牛油果。Pancake皮薄有少少甜味,鰻魚帶點鹹所以夠味,牛油果夠熟好香,個配搭好食。。🌟Fried salmon belly炸三文魚腩條 $88係將三文魚腩切條攞去炸,不過唔知係咪渣得太耐,咬落都偏硬,雖然味道係唔錯。🌟Omelette 厚燒玉子 $60店員話呢款係招牌菜,有少少甜,個蛋好滑好濕潤,下次可以試吓其他款式。🌟Crab rice 蟹肉石頭燒飯 $16

店員拎到嚟之後會幫你撈,有蟹肉、蟹膏、蝦、帶子、蔬菜、雜菌。因為個石頭鍋仲係熱嘅,所以會有啲飯焦,個人幾鍾意食口感有少少脆。
