To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間中Me time一下都幾自在，shopping 完經過金百利接到傳單上黎試下！ 睇menu 種類好多，就連素食都有，幾多元化！ 好多野想點，可惜一個人試唔得多。牛油果軟殼蟹沙律香軟既牛油果，蜜糖芥末汁拌勻沙律菜，清爽開胃，加埋軟殼蟹更香口！重係成隻軟殼蟹，都幾大份。幾中意一條條粉絲狀既水晶條，爽爽彈彈咁！鹽燒牛舌一串3片，口感軟腍唔韌。蝦蝦三笑$38有蟹膏熟蝦、蟹膏甜蝦、赤海蝦有蟹膏提鮮，蝦味更鮮味三文魚籽壽司，入口卜卜聲，粒粒飽滿。食壽司必點海膽壽司，$28件黎講海膽分量真係唔少。一啖入口好鮮味！ 壽司質素唔錯，夜晚9點黎仲有半價，下次會再黎！
