To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行到銅鑼灣金百利，好多餐廳，心思思想食日本野，就試下築地。餐牌上面好多野食，二個人都係睇下有冇set可以唔駛諗得咁辛苦，最後選左"特上二人前"三品盛合(前菜)蓮藕，中華沙律，蜆肉一般日式前菜三文魚手卷呢個唔係跟餐，另外點，都幾多三文魚，幾好食刺身拼盤海膽，三文魚，赤貝，鱆紅魚，北寄貝，甜蝦，醋鯖魚刺身款式多，都幾厚身，食落爽口，唔會冷冰冰。特別鐘意食海膽，因為一d腥味都冇。松葉蟹肉香芒蟹籽沙律份糧唔會太少，芒果香甜，多蟹肉，清新口感野菜天婦羅幾香口，唔會炸得太老串燒盛牛肋片，帆立貝，雞柳，冬菇，雞中翼，蝦特別鐘意食帆立貝同蝦，帆立貝大粒有口感，蝦就大大隻好多肉！雞柳同牛肋片都啖啖肉，唔錯！直火炊廣島蠔釜飯鍋用左日本米，口感一流。加上火喉夠，軟淋淋又唔會過左火，廣島蠔肥美！南瓜雪糕呢度既南瓜雪糕係將雪糕放入南瓜入面，雪糕本身奶味好重，有賣相又有味道，值得推介，好食！
