To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間居酒屋位於金百利廣場樓上，是一間良心小店，食物有不少選擇，如燒物、炸物、鍋物、刺身、壽司、拉麵、丼飯等等。黑蒜油豬軟骨拉麵 - $78想不到拉麵也頗出色，湯底有著濃郁豬骨湯味和惹味的蒜頭焦香，加上栗米粒、蔥花和炸蒜，更添口感；豬軟骨沒有骨，但肉質燜煮得入味又軟嫩，幾近入口即化；拉麵份量頗多，軟硬適中，有彈性。芝士雞卷 - $65即叫即炸的雞卷有著金黃酥脆的炸衣，毫不油膩，中間卷著飽滿的雞腿肉特別爽嫩，中央有小許芝士、青瓜和蘿蔔，加上芝士醬，口感很豐富。紫蘇梅醬雞柳串 - $32即叫即燒的串燒，雞柳不會燒得乾柴，反倒想點微焦更惹味，還包裹著紫蘇葉有著獨特的葉香，以及酸酸甜甜的梅醬。
