To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

銅鑼灣貴夾唔抵食嘅車仔面

1330 嘅銅鑼灣街頭小店居然冇咩人，見肚餓求其搵間車仔面食下就揀左佢。一入去就有張岩岩執好嘅台，唔洗搭台係疫情下都幾緊要。地下都幾油下，行果陣真係要小心。店員都好鬼快手，一收點餐紙過左幾分鍾就送野食黎。見等陣約左去party有下午茶食，求其叫左2個雙餸米粉: 1.腩汁牛腩豬腩米粉絕對食得出係hea整嘅面，牛腩係最cheap果隻，冇飛水有雪味，仲要係炆嘅時間明顯地唔夠耐，唔稔唔入味。豬腩肉一舊瘦一舊肥，個組合一睇就知唔係咩好野。腩汁方面都係現成，而米粉個份量都好少。2. 辣汁魚旦豬紅米粉魚旦冇特別加工，好普通嘅咖哩汁。反而豬紅居然有怪味。個湯同上一樣咁hea，米粉一樣地少。38蚊車仔面就一D都唔係高價，但以呢個份量同味道黎講就真係完全唔抵，唔知自己食左D咩。

1.腩汁牛腩豬腩米粉
絕對食得出係hea整嘅面，牛腩係最cheap果隻，冇飛水有雪味，仲要係炆嘅時間明顯地唔夠耐，唔稔唔入味。豬腩肉一舊瘦一舊肥，個組合一睇就知唔係咩好野。腩汁方面都係現成，而米粉個份量都好少。


2. 辣汁魚旦豬紅米粉
魚旦冇特別加工，好普通嘅咖哩汁。反而豬紅居然有怪味。個湯同上一樣咁hea，米粉一樣地少。

38蚊車仔面就一D都唔係高價，但以呢個份量同味道黎講就真係完全唔抵，唔知自己食左D咩。
