週末下午選擇到訪「浦東蒲西」,位於銅鑼灣開平道,餐廳主打上海菜,內部裝修典雅,走中式風格。選擇了兩位用自選套餐($368),包含湯、冷盤兩款、小菜兩款、菜飯/雞煨麵。餐廳也有提供四位用的自選套餐,各多一款冷盤和小菜,價錢為$688。湯點了蟹肉齊菜豆腐湯,入口比較像羹湯,蟹肉絲鮮甜,豆腐香滑,加些胡椒粉可增添口感~冷盤選擇了雞絲粉皮和杭州醬鴨。雞絲粉皮攪拌過後,花生醬濃厚,煙煙韌韌的粉皮拌以雞絲、青瓜,開胃冷盤。杭州醬鴨肉色棗紅,醬香油潤,鹹中帶鮮小菜選擇了賽螃蟹和砂鍋獅子頭。賽螃蟹以蛋白模仿蟹肉,加上蘿蔔、蝦肉、菇,擺盤精美,蛋白確實炒得像蟹肉;獅子頭以半肥瘦豬肉製成,糯香軟淋,伴飯一流小編也是第一次嘗試雞煨麵,原來菜式是把麵條放入高湯內煮熟,煮得澱粉都溶入湯中,形成這個濃稠的口感,因此麵條口感比較軟爛留意茶芥每位$20,泡菜每碟$20,另收加一服務費
