天氣凍咗,朋友提議食雞煲,我地就去左銅鑼灣阿來客棧,因為我知道呢度係由來來雞煲原班人馬處理,最出名食重慶雞煲。呢度裝修擺設好似古代客棧,尤其係古色古香的掛燈襯托木的傢俬,猶如置身古代武俠片🤭。佢哋仲有一間VIP房,適合一大班人。熱辣辣嘅重慶辣雞煲$168用上重慶的大紅椒芫荽洋蔥,非常惹味而且雞肉非常鮮嫩。鬼馬墨魚脆$62,墨魚🦑膠釀入油炸鬼炸,香脆彈牙口感非常。食完雞煲再加湯然後打邊爐我就選擇我喜歡的鴨血,蜂巢豆腐,爽脆白鱔片,翡翠豆苗,萵筍。蔬菜新鮮,豆腐和鴨血吸收雞煲精華非常美味。再加2杯白桃梳打,冰凍解辣。
