今日行時代廣場,食晏時喺附近搵食,我哋上咗利舞臺8樓中菜廳"古琴雅苑"地方唔係好大,但坐位非常闊落,俾人舒服嘅感覺。黎到必點北京填鴨,二個人半隻岩岩好,餐廳師承北京「全聚德」,選用上乘北京填鴨,以傳統掛爐烤製,烤鴨新鮮出爐,烤鴨師傅會大展刀工即席片鴨。皮脆肉嫩的烤鴨,配上清新的青瓜、京蔥及哈蜜瓜,蘸著秘製的蜂蜜黃梅醬和京醬,煙韌的餅皮包裹甜酸爽口的配料,解除油膩感之餘,口感層次豐富,一定要試!食咗甘多肉,梗係要食啲菜,嗌咗個蟹粉扒豆苗,一上台面頭鋪滿蟹粉同埋一絲絲嘅蟹肉,配上合時的豆苗,每口都食到蟹粉的香味,合時嘅豆苗鮮嫩美味。最後嗌多個京蔥鮮肉餅,入口爆汁美味無比。
