早排 喺屋企樓下開咗鋪之後聽屋企人講過好多次啲燒肉勁正但都無帶埋我去食🥲 今次出開銅鑼灣就試咗新分店啲散叫同lunch set,一場嚟到點都試下海膽同和牛刺身,火炙和牛海膽壽司有和律薄燒包住壽司飯,再放上超鮮甜嘅海膽,黑毛和牛炙燒完勁多油脂,一鮮甜一咸嘅配搭又幾夾,和牛刺身盛海膽以紫蘇葉包住,肉質軟稔有咬口,食落有啲似赤身,牛味濃郁!燒肉叫咗店員大推嘅和牛西冷燒,油花多而且入口軟嫩,點埋蛋黃食更滑溜,午市套餐美國穀飼牛盛合有牛板腱肉同牛小排,醃得入味鬆化亦富有牛肉香,跟餐包咗日本白飯、海帶湯、沙律、甜品,定價唔算貴可以一試!另外雞脛柳肉質爽口有彈性無渣,充滿肉汁同雞油香,好有驚喜,已經好想返嚟再幫襯多次😝
