這間剛轉手的日本居酒屋,門外還未轉招牌,午市主要以定食為主,$120起。晚市全部都是散叫,海鮮新鮮,全以時令貨為主。全部套餐包麵豉湯及小食,麵豉湯味道較外面的鮮甜;酒煮螺肉爽口。咖哩豬軟骨+安格斯牛肉烏冬+卷物6件汁㵍豬軟骨至腍,再淋上咖哩汁,豬軟骨入口溶化,軟骨位置質感似牛筋,骨膠原豐富帶點粘性,咖哩汁有點辛辣,送飯一流。烏冬爽滑,牛肉薄切且腍,鰹魚湯底鮮甜。火炙三文魚卷物一口一件,三文魚表面略燒,中間帶刺身狀,肉質鮮甜有油脂,卷物裏面的紫菜青瓜爽脆。鹽燒時令海魚+咖哩飯+日式餃子黃花魚即叫即劏,十分新鮮,燒至外皮乾身,裏面肉質雪白且嫩滑,不過比較多骨,但十分鮮甜。自家製咖哩飯比外面的日式咖喱多一分辣味,而且不會太甜,較為惹味。餃子不會炸得太乾,裏面餡料豐富,肉多過菜。
