今日嘅前菜係汁煮牛脷、醃青瓜同麻油茄子,味道偏向酸酸甜甜🤤,牛脷煮好好入味,又夠哂淋,有一種入口即溶嘅感覺,麻油茄子同醃青瓜味道幾正,作為前菜都唔錯👍🏻

蘆筍質地夠嫩,同油脂均勻嘅豚肉包裹燒成😋,蘆筍吸收晒油香味,加上少少鹽調味,味道啱啱好🤩

🍀雞尾 $42
平時都比較少食雞尾呢一個部份🙈,咬落質感都幾爽口,大部份嘅油脂係燒嘅過程中迫出,又唔會食到任何異味,真心值得一試🥰

雞腎肉質比較爽口🤪,加入鹽同胡椒增加香味,雞味比較突出🫶🏻

雞肝燒到啱啱好半熟,質地嫩滑😍,味道相對比較濃郁,估唔到燒到半熟係咁好味嫁🫶🏻

活鰻油脂分布較重,而且肉質爽口,燒到金黃再塗上甜甜鹹鹹既鰻魚汁🤩,將汁既味道滲入魚肉中,油香係口入面釋出,呢一個值得一試🥰

雪魚干燒到脆卜卜😋,加配少少沙律醬,味道更加豐富,作為配酒小食一流😘

南瓜沙律加入青瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、薯仔同南瓜,食到有薯仔粒粒,加入沙律醬令味道更突出,下面有少少醋更加開胃👍🏻

🍀牡丹蝦刺身🦐 $168
牡丹蝦夠哂鮮甜,蝦肉爽口,蝦膏都唔少😍,配合一齊味道一流

🍀甲紋魷魚壽司🦑 $58
魷魚壽司夠晒鮮甜,係魷魚嘅表面𠝹左花,更容易咬開嫁,加入少少Wasabi令魷魚更加好味🤩

🍀鰈魚壽司 $68
魚肉質地都幾爽口,上面加入咗少少蟹膏同蔥調味🥰,令味道更加鮮甜

整體來講食物嘅質素都真係好高👍🏻,而且款式都幾多,啱晒同朋友一路傾偈一路食飯,都幾推薦大家嚟試吓㗎🥳
