呢間餐廳主大食Flat Iron,所以Menu選擇得幾個,重質不重量👍🏾 Flat Iron依個部位要花時間同心機去筋,食落牛味濃厚,但肉質嫩滑!今日同朋友慶祝生日,我一早就去放低個蛋糕🎂,店員都好幫得手,較啱時間拆盒上碟上蛋糕,點埋蠟燭,成功製造驚喜😍(試個有間餐廳係生日朋友面前問我: 想問蛋糕number 係咪450🙄🤣) .落完單之後,店員主動送上📌黑松露薯條🍟(ALL YOU CAN EAT😍) 幼薯有淡淡既黑松露味,但係又唔會蓋過薯條本身嘅薯仔味! 唔使點茄汁都好好食!但雖然係任食,但其實一份已經好多,一兜已經飽哂,所以我哋都冇refill到!.📌蟹肉藜麥沙律🥗+ 南瓜湯 (+$48)味道唔錯,正常發揮! .📌美國390日Prime穀飼牛扒 (medium rare) $268 上到枱,見到牛肉中間係淡紅色,煎到啱啱好,熟到跟足我哋嘅要求 : medium rare!切落,生得嚟唔會出血水,肉質柔軟! 食落牛味好濃好嫩,食到牛肉嘅原味,非常juicy!另外有個醬汁,但個人認為點少少鹽已經好好食。onside既薯蓉🥔都好滑,好香牛油味,好食! 成份牛扒份量唔算多,但食埋薯條一定

碟邊有一個小洋蔥圈🧅,食落好脆😬 (有無得薯條轉洋蔥圈放題🤣) 呢款牛扒相對較厚身,肉質冇筋,但冇咁軟稔,但係肉味相對突出 ,外層有啲炭燒味,唔錯👍🏾

整體來講,呢間餐廳,我由佢開店到宜家,都經常捧場,質素依然👍🏾😍 (食過西班牙栗飼豬鞍架都好好食) 而且服務細心周到,食物質素好,性價比高,絕對會回頭!
