我地兩個好鐘意食Omakase,去日本旅行必食之餘喺香港都會周圍試吓,今次就去咗銅鑼灣嘅重房🏮🐻打頭陣嘅係九州白色象拔蚌,只係落咗少少岩鹽同青檸汁調味,微酸痛岩鹽嘅配搭下每咬一口都有好濃嘅鮮味爆發出黎🐻四國蜜柑鯛,魚民用蜜柑皮餵飼,所以成為有淡淡嘅蜜柑味,上枱前師傅都有用蜜柑皮灑上面,所以有唔同層次嘅蜜柑味🐻華漣蠔,一半creamy一半爽嘅口感,配埋師傅自家製嘅醋,識落就冇咁膩膩同埋清爽啲🐻鮟鱇魚肝入面有黃蘿蔔同三文魚子,底部係燒脆左號鱈魚干,平時食鮟鱇魚乾都係一嚿今次師傅特登喺入面加咗醃漬左嘅黃蘿蔔,減少油膩感🐻醋醃鯖魚小卷,入面加左適量嘅牙蔥同壽司姜,可以清一清味蕾,畢竟頭先嘅鮟鱇魚肝比較濃味🐻上層係大吞拿魚嘅大腹,下層係燒過嘅腦天,入口一啲都唔油膩,一層燒過夾埋另一層刺身,唔會過分油膩,亦都保持到魚嘅鮮味好香嘅魚油味🐻磯煮鮑魚浸左兩日,等佢淋身同入味再配埋鮑魚肝醬,仲有兩日就完season嘅螢光魷魚,漲卜卜好肥美🐻燒咗嘅吞拿魚下巴配南瓜湯球,將啲花擺上粉紅色嗰啲,魚肉超滑就好似食咗好大嚿嘅面珠墩咁,隔籬黃色波波就係南瓜湯球係一個分子料理,食完魚肉又返呢個湯又可以解膩繼續食🐻之後就
