最近發現一間性價比好高嘅omakase🥢Lunch一位只係$498，而且都係好有質素！螢雪位於銅鑼灣，lunch omakase套餐有11件壽司加手卷，另外配埋前菜同湯等等~前菜係爽彈嘅墨魚冷盤同埋豆腐沙律，沙律醬汁酸酸甜甜好開胃🥗今次嘅壽司同手卷包括有🍣石垣鯛 / 真鯛 / 池魚 / 魷魚海膽右口魚 / 燒銀鱈魚 / 北寄貝赤海膽 /燒右口魚魚邊 / 赤身牡丹蝦 / 中拖羅蓉手卷當中有幾款印象特別深刻，第一件嘅石垣鯛，面頭加咗柚子皮做調味，味道清新，開咗個好頭~ 而真鯛就配炒香咗嘅烏魚子，惹味又有口感🤤平時左口魚食得多，右口魚真係第一次食，同魚肝醬好匹配，更鮮味🐟燒右口魚魚邊充滿魚油香！牡丹蝦就以燒蝦膏提鮮，令味道更香濃~師傅亦好有心機每款介紹，每一款嘅特式同埋食用建議🥢食完壽司之後就有魚湯燉蛋同海鮮清湯，兩款入面都好多配料，味道清甜~最後就以抹茶紅豆雪糕作結🍨滿足！
