聽朋友介紹,餐廳行政總廚有超過20年嘅意大利菜經驗,當中更包括多間米芝蓮餐廳,所以今次就揀黎呢度作為慶祝特別me time 日子。餐廳位於酒店內,裝修非常精緻得黎又好華麗,所以入黎食野會感覺到滿滿嘅「儀式感」~🔹Marinated Shima-Ajiwith Oscietra caviar and tomato emulsion店員話係選用日本黎嘅深海池魚。池魚用柚子同檸檬醃製,肉質食落彈牙,再配上秘製嘅一個泡沫蕃茄醬汁,入口味道好清新好fresh,再加埋魚子醬,味道層次分明。有驚喜👍🏻🔹Scampi Carpacciowith Oscietra caviar, sea urchin and citrus cream諗住試幾款菜式,又怕食唔晒,所以揀咗第另一個頭盤。呢碟賣相非常精緻,又有我最鍾意嘅蝦同海膽。蝦肉爽滑甜美,上面就鋪有魚子醬,,海膽同柑橘cream。每款食料都鮮味無比,夾埋一齊食嘅時候,口感層次豐富🔹Mayura Beef Tenderloinwith braised mushroom and beef jus主菜我就揀咗澳洲嘅頂級Mayura Station和牛,店員話啲

主菜我就揀咗澳洲嘅頂級Mayura Station和牛,店員話啲牛係食朱古力大🍫,唔怪得口味比平時嘅牛肉更濃。牛嘅肉質細嫩而且滿滿肉汁,入口感覺絲質幼滑,同一般牛肉簡直無得比
