Omakase真係愈開愈多,今次去咗銅鑼灣嘅雪見樓底好高,裝修雅緻✨而家做緊8折會抵食啲😆今次lunch去食咗一個omakase同一款lunch set每個set都包咗沙律、茶碗蒸、湯同甜品.📍Lunch set omakase ($880).🔻刺身三點當日刺身係粒貝2食同左口魚粒貝有咬口,左口魚淡味熟粒貝加上海鹽同檸檬食落惹味,生粒貝就較鮮甜.🔻壽司七貫每款壽司都好好食🍙,刺身新鮮厚切帶子:刺身比飯仲厚,入口鮮甜嫰滑大拖羅:入口融化好肥美醬油漬赤身:肉味比拖羅濃啲,細膩柔軟海膽魷魚:魷魚軟滑鮮甜,加上海膽更好食鯖魚、鰤魚:油份高,魚油甘香牡丹蝦:晶瑩通透,食落鮮嫰.🔻吸物 食完壽司有魚湯暖胃♨️湯頭呈奶白色,十分濃郁.🔻茶碗蒸茶碗蒸加入松葉蟹肉🦀口感嫰滑但鮮味唔算突出.🔻食事最後有仲有個滑溜嘅烏冬,食完呢度其實都夠飽肚.🔻甜品甜品係自家製雪糕,有抹茶/芝麻/海鹽味食落重奶香,抹茶味甘香.📍雲丹丼 ($588)一碗內有2款海膽,全部都係嚟自北海道🇯🇵淺色個款小川海膽保鮮期只有一日,所以特別矜貴 口感特別細緻幼滑,味道好鮮💛至於顏色較鮮艷果款味道相對上比較甜🧡配埋壽司飯食真係一個極致嘅享受

至於顏色較鮮艷果款味道相對上比較甜🧡
配埋壽司飯食真係一個極致嘅享受😎✌🏻
旁邊仲配有醃製過嘅蘿蔔同漬物
$588一個價錢都幾進取,不過又真心好食

店員服務態度非常好,仲有仔細介紹菜式🫶🏻呢餐飯都食得幾開心。
味道唔錯,刺身新鮮,但款式上未算有驚喜
