如果你自己一個食,唔鍾意同人搭枱,咁呢間燈籠街新派烏冬 Solo Udon就啱哂你喇😌因為餐廳每個位都係獨立自修室嘅設計,而且採用全自助形式,內向嘅朋友仔唔洗擔心尷尬啦🥹而且據網上資料所講,佢哋嘅自家烏冬係北海道產嘅麵粉,每日新鮮即做,所以口感非常煙韌。豚肉胡麻冷烏龍麵($88):天時暑熱😮‍💨識食更係食冷烏冬!豚肉份量足夠、肥瘦均勻,而且煮得剛剛好,口感爽脆彈牙,而且個胡麻醬調味唔太濃郁,反而食到少少芝麻香味添👍🏻烏冬都尚算掛汁,口感比熱食更煙韌。我哋加咗個日式炸魚餅($25),幾好食🤤蝦濃湯吉列蝦烏龍麵($98):第一啖更係試啖湯先,蝦香十足!我哋估落咗蝦油去煮,所以個湯好香濃、惹味🥹加埋個掛湯烏冬,真係越食越好味,停唔到口!而最最最驚喜係兩隻吉列蝦炸得好香脆,而且隻蝦肉質彈牙,一啲都唔霉!我哋亦加咗個日式上湯冷菠菜($18)….ummm正常冷菠菜囉,無乜特別總結,一句講完,正呀喂!
