鋿晶館有幾間分店,位於上環呢間就非常之方便,一出地鐵站B出口直行就見到。主廚回港後在多間米芝蓮酒店及大型連鎖酒樓集團做主管,所以食物出品都唔錯。老火湯系列 - 粉葛煲豬踭湯老火湯由經驗老師傅煲,全無味精,天時暑熱屋企唔想煲湯,飲番碗滋潤一下。豉油乾蒸鮑魚 (南非鮑)一入門口就見到海鮮魚缸,入邊好多生鯭海鮮。南非鮑魚肉厚帶嚼勁,肉質軟韌,細嫩無渣。香煎蝦球 蝦多士呢個菜式非常特別,蝦多士有一隻大蝦🍤在丁方的炸多士上,酥脆鮮甜,有中西合璧之感。金銀蛋豬潤莧菜金銀蛋莧菜係中菜常見菜式,加入豬潤令菜式更懷舊。綠豆沙最後食番碗綠豆沙,非常完美。🛎️必試指數:8/10🔆
