食完呢間荃灣嘅潮州嘢真係念念不忘,佢不但有各種唔同種類嘅潮州菜揀,其中我最鍾意嘅就係以下呢兩款啦。第一個係搣面猴,呢種面係用手一舊一舊咁樣搣出黎,口感有啲似刀削麵,識落煙煙銀銀,都唔錯架。重點係佢個湯有濃郁嘅鮮蝦味,加埋魷魚、豬油渣,真係冇得彈。第二個就係豬油渣蒸蛋,我發現我對豬油渣真係情有獨鍾,佢每一粒都炸得好香口,脆卜卜,有豬油嘅香味,但係又唔會太肥膩。底下個蛋就整得好滑溜,好有蛋香,火候啱啱好,加埋豬油渣就係油香同蛋香都並存。
