To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鍾意食烤鴨嘅值得一試

上二個月生日，再加上手上面仲有時代廣場優惠卷未用晒，呢間餐廳我一直都好想試，店舖門口仲有一隻好得意嘅額添，所以就約咗去食順便慶祝生日。可能因為優惠券就嚟過期嘅，去到現場超級多人排隊，好彩叫咗屋企人早啲去攞位，如果唔係都應該好難食到啊！我哋今次叫咗椒鹽鮮魷，海鮮鴨湯泡飯，咕嚕肉，重有就當然係我最鍾意食嘅北京烤鴨啦！椒鹽鮮魷份量唔係好多，不過佢嘅魷魚好似海綿咁外皮鬆脆裏面軟林林口感超正，不過調味有啲太重手，鹹味比較重。重頭戲北京烤鴨超好食！食落有鴨油嘅香味但唔會太膩，而且佢嘅配料都幾特別竟然有芝麻醬，食落去別有一番風味。海鮮鴨湯泡飯湯底幾特別，有少少藥材當歸味感覺好補身，而且佢用上炒米代替白飯，口感好得意，我個人好推薦。咕嚕肉味炸粉唔多啖啖肉而且荔枝肉好鮮甜，我個人覺得都唔錯㗎！總括嚟講呢間餐廳嘅菜式大多都係合格以上，不過如果平時食嘅話價錢就略嫌有啲貴，大家如果有興趣嘅話都可以試吓！

椒鹽鮮魷份量唔係好多，不過佢嘅魷魚好似海綿咁外皮鬆脆裏面軟林林口感超正，不過調味有啲太重手，鹹味比較重。重頭戲北京烤鴨超好食！食落有鴨油嘅香味但唔會太膩，而且佢嘅配料都幾特別竟然有芝麻醬，食落去別有一番風味。
