To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間羊滋味新開左冇耐收藏左一段時間 今晚襯涼涼地就去試下牛大力土茯苓燉雞湯仲有豬肉一齊燉 清甜而不濁益氣健脾 祛濕排毒 而家潮濕天氣飲就啱晒啦 孜然羊肉 羊肉 用咗芹菜、芫荽、洋蔥、青椒一齊炒 孜然味道好夠 怕腥羶味朋友唔使驚食落仲好香好惹味 我哋仲叫咗個蔥油餅包住嚟食 都好夾喎 枝竹羊腩羊肉味好鮮好濃 冇雪藏味 配菜好足料 有冬菇、冬筍、馬蹄同竹蔗 無論羊肉同配菜都包住羊肉既精華同醬汁 酸菜豬肉餃 一籠有七隻 唔會好酸 但食落幾開胃 裡面都好多肉汁 唔洗點醋都好夠味
