每月一度的家庭飯局,因為人多關係,中菜往往是穩扎選擇,地點方便程度亦是重要考慮因素,今回選定的地方是時代廣場的鍾菜,正好乎合以上要求。在時代廣場開業的餐廳,裝潢都不會太差,是次更有機會安座於廳房中,私隱度高,但因隔音吸音設不佳,用餐環境反而更嘈吵。是晚餐單是特價餐「鍾盛宴」,十二位用$3,588。各款美食簡評如下:鍾家六小碟漬蘿蔔:酸辣脆口,挺醒胃。四喜烤夫:口感過實。酸辣青瓜:清爽脆口頗美味。陳醋雲耳:雲耳和烤夫一樣實了一點。燒排骨:肉略少,但幾肥美。五香牛𦟌:口感很硬。碧綠炒花枝:花枝無乜味,普通。沙律明蝦併薑汁脆奶:明蝦大隻,脆口彈牙,在面上唧上少許沙律醬即叫沙律明蝦有點欺場感。脆奶不少見,但引入薑汁則幾特別,奶香滑感一般。瑤柱竹笙燴翅:稀稠味道OK,翅量不多。蠔皇鮑魚扣花菇:蠔皇汁調味不俗,花菇腍身可口,鮑魚太韌,唔夠香,失望。古法蒸龍𧄌腩:夠滑但很靭,魚香OK。石榴燒雞:雞皮脆,稍鹹,雞味不俗。益生菌小荳苗:益生菌在那𥚃??小荳苖味道如預期青蔥帶爽。拿破崙海皇炒飯:拿破崙何解??炒飯味帶酸,海皇完全無味。紅豆豆腐花:百福豆腐花,滑度有一定保證,不俗。整體來說,各菜式碟頭夠大,
