位於旺角的日式拉麵店,有幾間分店,這家在旺角鬧市裡,餐廳掛滿日式燈籠,座位不算多,繁忙時間座無虛席。主打各款湯拉麵,招牌推介雞白湯湯底,拉麵份量可選全份或小份。另外還有沾麵、串燒、蒲燒鰻魚飯、咖喱炸雞飯等等。串燒:鹽燒秋葵鹽燒過後的秋葵十分香口、清甜,而且去除了那黏滑質感。拉麵:雞白湯拉麵湯底呈奶白色,不油膩,味道濃厚,卻不鹹,配料豐富,有炸牛蒡絲、溏心蛋、木耳絲、蔥花、一片豚肉叉燒及兩片低溫慢煮雞胸肉。澎湃的牛蒡絲及木耳絲,增加爽口感;雞肉蠻滑嫩;豚肉叉燒薄片,肥肉不多。麵質粗身,很彈牙,而且很掛湯。飯:低溫慢煮日本雞胸肉飯健身人士之選,滿滿的雞胸肉,有分100克或200克。雞肉是凍的,還有些蔬菜,蘸點燒醬汁,拌飯吃,提升味道。
