皮蛋酸薑 ($12/位)甘飯館係鏞記老闆個仔開既,所以皮蛋酸薑就實有嫁啦。平時我個人就唔太鐘意食皮蛋,但呢個真係唔錯,個糖心做得好流心,而且佢個酸薑唔會過酸/甜,唔食皮蛋都值得一試。燒鵝 ($268半隻)佢既燒鵝皮好脆而且唔肥,啖啖肉,仲有佢個底有蠔油豆,啲舊式燒味鋪先會有,啲豆吸晒啲鵝汁,好味。個背脊位好滑,唔洗次次爭脾位啦。蟹燒茄子 ($108)呢個係令我最驚喜既菜式!茄子先沾粉炸過,外脆內軟又唔會好厚粉,再冧上蟹肉羹,真係超級好味!食完茄子,用返啲蟹肉羹撈飯真係一流。就算你唔鐘意食茄子,呢個菜式會令你對茄子改觀!
