To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友愈食愈豪...特登趕黎hotel為左食鐵板燒…收工趕黎已經2點…2:30就已經係 last call...今次無人爭…可以坐bar 枱…可能係hotel既關係…廚師都比較嚴肅…唔似出面d舖頭...會有d花巧表演…拿拿林落order>>二人餐…好快就有得食…醬汁分左3格…燒肉汁、辣汁、豉油…首先當然係冷盤…沙律+sashimi...沙律新鮮冰凍…加麻醬好好味…sashimi有魚生,甜蝦,墨魚,帶子…好豐富又大件又鮮甜…二人餐原本係燒蝦黎…因為要戒口…所以改左銀雪魚…淡淡牛油香…滑嘟嘟…醬汁仲好甜…但同蝦比較…感覺有d洩底…奈何朋友為左隻鵝同sashimi…點都唔肯叫散餐…鵝肝係朋友至愛…好高膽固醇呢…表皮唔係煎得好脆…加左多士索咁d油都覺得好鬼肥膩…澳洲牛選左厚燒…廚師建議五成熟係最嫩口…唔算血淋淋…加左蒜片…幾香口…廚師留返d肥膏邊位…用黎炒什菜食…咁先算飲食均衡吧…呢碟手打烏冬都幾軟腍腍…有點油…其實鐵板燒好多時都係落牛油炒…不過就唔知係咪健康既植物牛油呢…色水好均勻…但好淡味…唔鍾意食烏冬既話…都可以選炒飯…不過見到炒飯係一早炒定…只是翻熱而已…麵豉湯好多料…清
